The sacrificial reference (present in many rites), as a path toward a new existence, is suggested in the crimson branch of the tree that seems to wound one of the characters and in the chicken tied to the trunk – a clear sign of an expiatory offering that will give rise to a new being. In this case, it is the child lifted into the tree, aligned with the luminescence that indicates a path through the birth of a new consciousness.
