Brancusi Mazorca Engrane (2016) and Curvas Guerrero Picudo (2016) are an arch meditation on the intersection of contemporary art with popular art mediums, Mexican identity, narrative, archaeology and Oaxacan ceramics. The collumns, produced in collaboration with a local Coatlicue pottery, invites the viewer to ask themselves two related, but vastly different, questions: How do you tell the story of the universe in one hundred years? How do you tell the story of the universe in one day?
